How It Works

We know you're burnt out. That's why we walk you through this process, step-by-step. You'll have support from an expert coach and, if you choose, a group of other social sector leaders who get it.

Schedule a discovery call and receive a customized proposal. You'll sign a contract and make it official. 

02.

We conduct an organizational assessment and analyze the data. You receive a status report outlining strengths and opportunities.

03.

You'll receive and review your action plan which outlines a clear path to transformation in specific, measurable steps. 

04.

You implement the action plan with ongoing support from our team. 

05.

You'll independently maintain your growth. When our services conclude, you'll have everything you need to sustain your progress.
