No! We work with those that are drawn to finding the best, research-backed solutions to the challenges of leadership and running highly impactful organizations. Our relationship-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens has been proven across sectors. The bulk of our team's expertise lies within the non-profit and public spheres, however, and the examples and language that we use are reflective of that.
