Individualized Coaching
Traditional, 1:1, open-ended coaching to provide targeted, intensive support.
Individualized coaching begins with an assessment of your leadership and identification of the goals you wish to achieve. Next, we’ll develop a plan of action to overcome the specific people and culture challenges you're facing and enhance the sustainability of your leadership role.

The CALM
Leadership Program
A complete foundation in the theory and practice of trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and engagement-focused leadership.
Through a combination of 10 live coaching sessions plus online videos, activities, and reflections, leaders will gain the skills they need to immediately begin building the workplace they desire.

Exploration of trauma, vicarious trauma, and how trauma presents in employees and organizations

The 5 principles of trauma-informed leadership

Understanding and applying the science of employee engagement

Foundations of anti-oppressive leadership

Leaders will leave this program with the ability to resolve team conflict more effectively, mitigate the effects of vicarious trauma, remove tension, hold staff accountable, and more.
